Driver arrives at the pickup location with a flatbed truck. They'll load your vehicle carefully using ramps, straps, and wheel chocks.
Vehicle is transported to your chosen destination. The driver unloads carefully and you can inspect the vehicle on arrival. Card charged on completion.

Yes. Unlike our emergency services, vehicle transport can be booked in advance for a specific date and time window.

How do I pay?
By card, through the platform. You see one all-in price before you book — that is the price you pay. Your card is held when you book and charged when the job is completed. No cash, and nothing to settle at the roadside.

Is it available 24/7?
Yes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and bank holidays. Night jobs between 10pm and 6am add a flat £10, which goes to the driver in full. There is no evening rate, no multiplier and no separate call-out fee — the price you are shown before you confirm is the price you pay.
How is the mileage worked out?
The price is the callout for your vehicle type plus the miles. Over 15 miles we charge for the journey back as well, because the driver makes it. A 116-mile recovery is 232 miles of driving, and the quote shows it that way — the miles driven, and the rate against them. Everything is in the total you see before you confirm.
