You are self-employed
You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for your own tax, National Insurance, insurance, and vehicle costs. You choose when to work and which jobs to accept.
70/30 commission split
You receive 70% of every job (calculated on the ex-VAT amount). Recoverer keeps 30%. Bonuses are paid on top: +£10 night jobs, +£15 accident/winch jobs, +£15 motorway jobs. Earnings are paid to your bank every Wednesday.
No cash — ever
Cash is strictly prohibited. Never request, accept, or suggest cash payment. All payments go through the app automatically. Accepting cash results in immediate permanent account termination.
No personal contact exchange
Never share your personal phone number, email, or social media with customers. Never ask for their details. All calls go through our masked number system — neither party sees the other's real number. Never arrange jobs directly outside the platform.
Privacy protection
Customers see only your first name, vehicle details, and rating. Your personal details, home address, and bank details are never shared. Phone calls use masked numbers that expire 30 minutes after job completion.
Document requirements
You must hold a valid UK driving licence, commercial vehicle insurance, MOT certificate, and operator's licence (if required). All documents are verified before approval. You'll receive 30-day expiry alerts.
Ratings and performance
Customers rate you 1-5 stars after every job. Ratings below 4.0 trigger a review. Below 3.5 may result in removal. You can dispute unfair ratings within 7 days.
Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. Immediate termination applies for: accepting cash, sharing personal contact details, arranging outside jobs, abusive behaviour, fraud, or driving under influence. Outstanding earnings are still paid.
